Customize your own pictures by adding text to it. You can send a birthday or anniversary wish to your loved ones by adding a message to pictures you have taken of them or share poems with your friends. The list is endless.
Below are ways to do this.
ON WINDOWS: Click the START button on the bottom right and type PAINT in the search box. Click on the search result that shows an icon with a paint pallette and a brush to open it. Click on FILE – OPEN. This will prompt you to open the picture you want to edit. Locate the picture and click OPEN. Click on the A symbol in the TOOLS section and drag your mouse over the picture to create a text box. Enter your text. You can position the text box and change the font, color and sizes. Once done, click SAVE.
ON MAC: Click on the FINDER icon on your MAC. Locate your picture and double click on it to open it.
Click on TOOLS – ANNOTATE – TEXT. Enter your text. You can position the text box and change the font, color and sizes. Once done, click SAVE.
ON MOBILE
Iphone: Open your picture on your phone, tap on EDIT – MORE – MARKUP. Tap on TEXT then tap on the text box that appears and type your text. You can position the text box and change the font, color and sizes. Tap on DONE.
Android: You can install a free app on your phone called Phonto. Once installed, open it and locate your image. Create a text box and add your text. You can position the text box and change the font, color and sizes. Once done, tape the SHARE icon on the bottom right and the tap SAVE IMAGE.
